Abrasive Wheel Profiling Machines

Features of the sanding wheel form machine:

• fgAn X / Y slide that will hold cut off wheel type grinder.

• A cross sliding vise which will hold the form templates which will be supplied by the customer.

• A stylus is incorporated to allow the cut off wheel to follow the template.

• Specially designed shaft to hold wheels. Wheel sizes that can be held range in size from 1” to 4” wide and 6” to 9” diameter.

• The motor will be capable of rotating 20 degrees in both directions from "0".

• All tooling is mounted to a maple wooden table, 6’ long by 32” tall

• Pneumatic cutting wheel

• 110/230 VAC on/off switch

• 1/4” NPT ball valve

• All slides constructed of aluminum and or steel, utilizing precision roller bearings, for smooth and accurate positioning of all tooling.
